What is the Peak Conference?
This conference was created to provide a place for Lutheran Educators to share insights, ideas, and practical help with collogues and friends. We focus on bringing you together with other educators in the church and school to help you analyze your current ministry, collaborate ideas, and look to what the future of your ministry might become.

After arrival participants are greeted with an encouraging word through our first keynote. Starting on Day 2 an open space will be made available for individual or teams of participants to write topics, questions, ideas, or issues they wish to be discussed and collaborated with on a large board. These will be the topics discussed during the afternoon sessions. During Session 1 you will spend intentional time with your fellow teachers, colleagues, or ministry teams analyzing your current ministry. Session 2 will focus on topics directed to individual areas of ministry including school teachers of all ages, principals and administrators, and professional church workers.
Afternoon sessions are convened by individuals who wrote topics, questions, ideas, or issues onto the board during the morning sessions. The topics listed can cover a wide range from formal thoughts prepared in advance to spur of the moment ideas. These sessions are governed by a few rules including:
Collaboration among participants who convene sessions and even merging of sessions on similar topics are both encouraged. If you convene a session, the decision to merge with another session will always be yours to make.
